Jayron Sollestre, brings over 8 years of construction industry experience, progressing from Site Coordinator to Project Manager. He has led diverse projects in the Philippines and Singapore, excelling in detail-oriented planning, constructability, and team management. Jayron’s expertise includes procurement, contracts, and seamless collaboration with clients and vendors.

Afa Faamanu Vau is a dedicated and skilled professional with qualifications including Level 1, 2, and 3 NCEA certificates, vocational pathways, and uniformed services certificates. With three years of experience in devanning, Afa has honed a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Outside of work, Afa is passionate about NFL and cultural activities, especially maintaining a strong connection with his Samoan roots. A proud member of the Metro Lions, he has won three championships and holds a chief title in Samoa. Originally from the villages of Safotu and Uāfato, Afa is 18 years old and committed to both personal and professional growth.

With more than 10 years of experience in the waterproofing industry, I specialise in leak detection and membrane installation for roofs and decks. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions while working alongside a dedicated team at Guarding Seal. Outside of work, I am a proud family man, spending my free time with my young family and working towards a brighter future. My commitment to both my professional and personal life drives me to constantly improve and grow.
